Six month contract. In partnership with City of San Francisco, led the launch of a 90,000 square foot museum space for the 100-year anniversary of the iconic Palace of Fine Arts. Completed the project in less than three months. First day attendance of 12,000 people far exceeded initial goal of 2,500. - Designed and implemented plan to launch in less than 90 days. Hired the core team of twenty employees and created management structure.
