I am passionate about creating user-centered technologies. I believe that the path to producing a user-centered product is through engaging and empathizing with end users to understand who they are and what is going on in their world. My philosophy is that a true user-centered system works to increase the general wellbeing of the end user and does so when the system (i) maximizes the user’s capabilities, (ii) minimizes waste and extraneous workload, (iii) promotes transparency and trust in the technology, and (iv) reduces user risk. To achieve this goal, end users must be at the core of the product development process. When a company / product team is motivated to engage and invest in the end user's experience, end users become motivated to engage and invest in that company's product. Side Note: When I am not working, I enjoy writing and recording music. So, let's jam!
