Manage strategic and operational marketing efforts for the $318M+ Maybelline Face category:◌ Creation of strategic vision and ownership of launch plans for FIT me! ($77M annual sales), Instant Age Rewind ($60M), Dream BBs ($25M), Face Studio ($11M) and Baby Skin ($7M) franchises◌ Marketing plan responsibilities include product development, consumer research, TV & print campaigns, direction for media buys, FSI & coupon strategy, sampling execution and in-store display vision◌ Drove three consecutive years of Maybelline Face US growth across foundations, powders, concealers, blush/bronzers and primers with subcategory growth between +13% and +240% Create innovative digital partnerships with limited media budgets:◌ Development of digital plans/activations with YouTube influencers, creation of grassroots how-to video and management of digital vendor projects for video, rich media unit and banner executions with Tongal, Fancypants, and BuzzFeed Driver of Maybelline-wide digital initiatives and strategy:◌ Lead initiatives including the YouTube/StyleHaul Recreate the Runway partnership, monthly social media calendars and Virtual Beauty Advisor Rite Aid Retail Marketing Partner:◌ Build long-term strategy for Maybelline growth at Rite Aid (a top 5 retailer) and consistently demonstrate success at selling new item opportunities to cosmetics buyers Redesign of the 2015 in-store cosmetics experience:◌ Created and designed wall vision program for the 2015 Maybelline Face category at 10+ retailers.
