As practice manager, I was the direct supervisor for all Behavior Health Technicians (BHTs) at the Hatboro location of the company. In this supervisory role, it was my responsibility to hire new BHTs and aid in their onboarding. I was in charge of any disciplinary action needed as well as firing and performance reviews. Also, I was in charge of all the staffing for all cases for the clinic making sure all clients were staffed with BHTs to ensure all of their authorized hours were being fulfilled. This role involved heavy communication with staff and parents via email, texting, phone calls, and in-person. I managed a team of 25 BHTs during my tenure. Another key aspect of this role was ensuring payroll was calculated and executed on time and accurately by confirming reports from the payroll team. I also was in charge of ordering and managing any and all office supplies needed by the staff. I stepped down and returned to my role as Client Service Coordinator due to my being a graduate student.

I was the lead case manager for the Adult Pathway grant that the United States Department of Labor federally funds. The reentry department at OIC is responsible for all matters pertaining to the program including but not limited to enrollment, case planning, referrals, job placement, job training, educational programming, etc. In this position, I actively recruited and ensured the eligibility of all applicants and helped them complete the application process and assessments. Also, I regularly visited the Philadelphia prison system to meet with current and potential participants. I often worked with Pennsylvania State Correctional Institutions and made in-person visits to these facilities as well.
