CurrentLead a high-performing sales team of National and Regional Account Managers, overseeing hiring, development, and mentorship to drive excellence in account management and growth.Direct strategic sales initiatives to exceed revenue targets, executing plans that align with corporate objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Build and maintain senior-level relationships within target accounts and partnerships, guiding teams in high-level selling to C-suite and VP levels and influencing decision-makers at every tier to secure compliance and drive success across all customer interactions, from corporate headquarters to regional and local contacts.Coach the team in relationship-building with multiple customer contacts, promoting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and broader program awareness. Participate personally in key QBRs to provide hands-on leadership.Drive pricing strategy and revenue expansion across multiple locations and product categories, creating and implementing programs to enhance FleetPride's market share and margin improvement.Lead proposal development and contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, ensuring strategic alignment and value for all stakeholders.Manage sales pipeline effectively to maximize revenue potential, analyzing and refining the sales funnel to address challenges, while delivering accurate forecasting and pipeline reports.Set and monitor team KPIs with strategic use of Salesforce and other tools to track performance and identify growth opportunities.Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR, supporting the broader organization in meeting customer program needs.Support FleetPride Branch Managers and Sales Representatives with strategic guidance, enabling them to implement and execute customer-specific initiatives.
