This involves communication and alignment with stakeholders in the US, facilitating the pass-off of work to our team and subsequent hand-off of completed work back to our stakeholders.Editor:Top editing is another core focus of my role, especially within the workstreams of The Knot Registry, The Bash, The Bump Baby Names, and Paper. This task involves proofing large quantities of copy for any errors in spelling, grammar, tone, and consistency. I’m responsible for ensuring that the written copy is correct before being uploaded to the various online platforms.Copywriting:Since September 2019, a significant part of my work has revolved around writing copy for various workstreams under the TKWW brand. This has included writing vendor storefront profiles, long-form editorial articles, short-form copy, and other niche writing projects. As a copywriter, I am well-versed in SEO content, brand tone, and our in-house style guide.Training and Development: Part of my role involves mentoring new hire writers, a process our team calls ‘New Hire QA.’ This task requires that I work closely with the new writers as they work through the initial ramp-up period after training.
