As a leader, it's important to me to ensure we have a diverse set of perspectives to question how we approach solving hard problems.Our DEI Leadership Team is comprised of two groups: the DEI Advisory, a group of individual contributors and managers, and the DEI Executive Team, a group of C-suite and director-level employees, who work together to represent the organization in our DEI decision-making.As a member of the DEI Executive Team, I work with the group to plan guild meeting topics for the year, lead company-wide DEI initiatives, advance learning opportunities throughout the organization and share information with the broader team via org-wide meetings and communications. Additionally, I led our September 2019 DEI meeting on Immigration, and am co-leading our December 2020 meeting on Mental Health.
