  The North Central CMA, a Victorian statutory government authority, is the lead environmental organisation in north central Victoria. Our natural resource management projects and programs focus on environmental, recreational, and economic benefits and are delivered in partnership with seven Traditional Owner groups, more than two hundred community groups, fourteen local councils, state, and federal government agencies.North Central CMA projects:1. A broad portfolio of projects covering four categories, Environment; Biodiversity; Community and Traditional Owners that align with local, Victorian and Australian Government policy and UN Sustainability Goals.2. Projects are delivered with support from Traditional Owner and communities through valuable engagement, consultation, and appropriate approval processes. 3. Works are backed by reliable scientific reports, from feasibility study to business cases and post implementation review with ongoing biannual reporting.4. Eighty-one percent of funds received by the CMA are used directly for project implementation and financials are audited by the Victorian Auditor General, signed off by the relevant Ministers that are available through our Annual Report tabled in the Victorian Parliament.
