Worked as Sr. Salesforce Developer / Team Lead at Ideal Image responsible for custom Salesforce development as well as overseeing and implementing a release management process and ALM process to streamline the build to release process. Ideal Image utilized a custom-built Salesforce implementation to support all aspects of their business, from appointment scheduling to quoting/sales to payment processing and customer management of medical treatments performed at their clinics. Designed, developed and implemented solutions to support gift card sales; lead management and round robin routing; treatment session management; retail product point of sale; inventory counts; guest notes; new employee onboarding and offboarding; and monitoring and alerts.

Managed a team of 4 onshore developers and 12 offshore developers which support all the systems (Salesforce, Appian, Sharepoint, Project Server, etc.) and integrations utilized by Triad Retail Media. Oversaw various projects including upgrading from Sharepoint 2010 to 2013; enhancing our custom integration between Salesforce and AdBook to provide package level billing support; and overhauling and automating invoicing and financial revenue recognition processes.Worked directly with the Business Analysts to understand, scope, schedule, architect and lead development efforts for all incoming business requirements. Led development team in migration from an ad hoc software development methodology to utilizing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). This provided much needed clarity and performance gains to the team while also providing a better overall roadmap of what projects would be completed when.Implemented a 4-tier development and testing process (sandbox orgs for development, testing and integration along with our production org) which dramatically reduced environment related bugs and issues.Implemented a release cycle process and procedure for Salesforce whereby all releases are performed by a single release coordinator on a 2-week window to correspond with our Scrum sprints. This prevented untested changes (fields, validation rules, workflows, etc.) from being directly modified in production.

Projects include:Steiner Atlantic – developed custom VisualForce page that utilized Knockout, jQuery and ForceTK to create a custom product configurator. This tool runs on a bare-bones basic Salesforce instance without the need for custom APEX classes or triggers.Keymark – developed a custom integration between Salesforce and Epicor to transfer data between the two systems. A custom C# application was created to communicate to the two systems and is run on a schedule using Windows scheduler.3C Interactive – took an existing VisualForce page and custom controller APEX class and extended functionality.Wilson HCG – developed customizations to their Salesforce instance to create custom fields and workflows for enhancing opportunity and account management.

Developed and implemented web-based front end for configuring and provisioning Cloud-based storage solution for sale by Verizon (Terremark). Using Scrum, took high level requirements from Marketing stakeholders and developed a complete interface for customers and administrators to provision, configure and maintain their cloud based storage products and services. Implementation was n-tier ASP.NET AJAX (utilizing Telerik and ChartFX web controls) front end utilizing C# web services to interface with a SQL Server database and with vendor-provided web service API calls.

Using Waterfall, took high level requirements from Marketing stakeholders and developed a complete interface for customers and administrators to provision, configure and maintain network access for remote locations and users. Implementation was completely in-house developed n-tier ASP.NET front end utilizing C# business objects layer communicating with an Oracle database backend.
