Sales Manager
CurrentMy role covers responsibility for the customer experience, maximising sales and that each member of the sales team deals with enquires in the correct manner from start to finish. This ensures trust in what we do and leads to further business via recommendations.I am responsible for leadership of the sales team, making decisions on customer pricing, becoming involved with negotiations on projects if required and helping develop the team with ongoing training and any support required. We work out customers required heating specifications for them and offer products that fulfil these requirements. So the role is varied and can be very technical. We have a number of suppliers and products and I have been involved in sourcing new products to sell, negotiating terms and creating a good working relationship so we are able to increase business together. Feature Radiators has gone from strength to strength since our founding; we moved into new, bigger and better premises in April 2014, which includes the largest radiator showroom in the UK and houses our expert team.
