It has more than 20,000 shareholders with institutions, retail investors and employees holding 50 percent of the shares and Chevron Corporation of the US holding the balance.The Talent Sourcing and Retention team is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective Sourcing, Career Management, Attraction, Selection, Deployment and Retention activities within Caltex. The Talent Sourcing Consultant is responsible for working with line management groups to build and implement recruitment solutions in line with business needs.
