Executive with primary responsibility for development and advancement of corporate strategy for S&P MidCap 400 company.Significant projects include:▪ Acquisition of Exacta Systems, a provider of technology systems to support historical horse racing operations, for $250 million (2023)▪ Acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Peninsula Pacific Entertainment (P2E) for $2.75 billion; a transformative deal that significantly expanded CDI’s geographic footprint, the transaction included Colonial Downs Thoroughbred racetrack in New Kent, Virginia, as well as six Rosie’s Gaming Emporium historical horse racing facilities across Virginia, Del Lago Resort & Casino in Waterloo, New York and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Sioux City, Iowa (2022)▪ Acquisition of Ells Park in Henderson, Kentucky for $79 million, with plans to develop a track extension facility with historical racing machines in Owensboro, Kentucky (2022)▪ Acquisition of Chasers Poker Room in Salem, New Hampshire, with plans to develop an expanded gaming facility in Salem to accommodate historical racing machines (2022)▪ Successful bid to construct the Queen of Terre Haute Casino Resort, a $290 million destination gaming facility in Vigo County, Indiana (2021)

Significant projects included:▪ Acquisition of Turfway Park in Florence, Kentucky from Jack Ohio LLC, an affiliate of JACK Entertainment LLC, and Hard Rock International for $46 million; in 2020, the property's existing grandstand was demolished, making way for development of Turfway Park Racing & Gaming, a $200 million state-of-the art live and historical Thoroughbred racing facility (2019-2022)▪ Acquisition of 61% ownership of Midwest Gaming Holdings, LLC (“MGH”), parent company of Rivers Casino Des Plaines in suburban Chicago, IL, one of America’s premier casino properties; the purchase was accomplished via a series of transactions that included a $407 million equity purchase by CDI and an $800 million recapitalization of MGH (2019)▪ Development of Oak Grove Racing & Gaming, a $150 million live and historical Standardbred racing facility in Christian County, Kentucky; the project included a historical racing machine facility featuring up to 1,500 machines, a 125-room hotel with event center and food/beverage venues, a 1,200-person seated capacity grandstand and event space for indoor events, a 3,000-person capacity outdoor amphitheater and stage, and a state-of-the-art equestrian center including indoor and outdoor arenas (2017-2020)

Significant projects included:▪ Acquisition of Presque Isle Downs & Casino, a casino and thoroughbred racing venue in Erie, PA for $178.9 million (2019) and assumption of management agreement for Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin, a casino in Farmington, PA (2019)▪ Sale of Big Fish Games, Inc., one of the world's largest producers and distributors of mobile games, to Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. for $990 million (2018)▪ Acquisition of BetAmerica online wagering platform to complement CDI's TwinSpires business, the largest legal online gaming platform in the U.S. (2017)▪ Formation of a joint venture to acquire The Casino at Ocean Downs, a casino and harness racing venue outside of Ocean City, MD (2017); in 2018, CDI achieved 100% ownership of Ocean Downs in exchange for liquidating its 25% ownership of Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC▪ Acquisition of 25% of the equity interests of Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC (owner of Saratoga Casino Hotel in Saratoga Springs, NY and Saratoga Casino Black Hawk in Black Hawk, CO) for approx. $30 million (2015 New York closing, 2016 Colorado closing)▪ Acquisition of Big Fish Games, Inc. for $835 million (2014)▪ Formation of a joint venture and submission of a bid to construct a $300 million casino resort in the Capital Region of New York (2014)
