I was promoted to provide data privacy and security support for Hyundai Motor America and Genesis Motor America.

I nationalized and re-developed our consumer law claim department to promptly resolve consumer legal and regulatory concerns informally or through our arbitration program. Consumer Litigation Department's cost of defense dropped 91% within the first three years of Dispute Resolution's creation. I am proud of the program’s model and results continuing to set industry standards in the best interests of the customer and company.I also oversaw Recall and Class Action legal compliance for Hyundai and Genesis inclusive of settling or arbitrating approximately 60 class claims a week with an 88% defense ruling average of those claims that proceeded to formal hearing. I managed the separation and refinement of Genesis' Consumer Affairs from Hyundai's legal and operational processes during the luxury brand's exciting formative years while meeting yearly increasing KPIs within SLAs through an annual 7-figure budget.

I served as national consumer litigation counsel while providing loss prevention guidance to associated departments and regional offices. We had a strong team that enjoyed successful and consistent results while maintaining a 145 case count average during a period of tremendous company growth.
