About Jason Walker
I have worked in the games industry for nearly 30 years now, and i still enjoy it. Learning new things, meeting new people. First role in industry was at Codemasters back in 1994, then I moved to Eidos, as a senior tester, in April 1998, created own department of Compatibility in 2000, then merged with the Mastering department soon after. Seen a few changes over the years here, from buyouts to mergers. Latest being the acquisition by Square Enix. I started role alongside main role as licensing coordinator for Taito, primarily working on Space Invaders but also helping in anything licensing related within the group. Was gutted to lose Tomb Raider during the embracer sale as the franchise has been a massive influence on my career and life. Specialties: IOS/Android, PlayStation Family, Xbox Family, PC, Nintendo Mastering expert. Basically if it can game I can work on it :)

Also maintain the hardware audit for the qa department (nightmare at best of times)

Worked for my `step` uncle up in York after being at Codemasters. Did IT support covering most of the UK. From cabling, to server installation and desktop support. Had fun, but missed games so looked for a games job in March 1998.
