In this role I listened to a client request, understand their problems then proposed solutions that were scalable for Billtrust and solved their needs. Helped drive more that $150k of revenue in only 6 months and over $300k in one year. Here's a bit more details on how I helped the team:- Assist in price negotiations.- Co-ordinate project communication timelines with the client and internal stakeholders.- Define scale-able solutions that solved client needs.- Present solutions to the requesting client.- Present demos, project timelines and updates to the requesting client.- Implement lean methodologies to approach software development and solution discovery with all request. - Create, maintain and improve intake process all the way through to feature completion. Prepare custom solutions process for scale-ability.- Make quick decisive decisions that are accurate based on the client business problems for multiple request per day.- Understand intricacies of products and build features for all billing and payments products (6 in total).- Define feature details and drive day to day feature development with the development team.- Present features with client benefits to marketing, sales, finance, training team and internal stakeholders.- Understand client tolerance for communicated timelines and execute against those expectations.- Communicate good, bad news and plans for moving forward to the client.
