Directed the operations and administration of a 38-county service area served by a 35-member professional team that included Eastern Wisconsin and the entire Upper Peninsula of Michigan, while responding to the direction of a 45-member, volunteer Board of Directors, serving 18,417 youth, 4,686 adults and over 600 sponsoring institutions.Management-Directed personnel recruitment, development, compensation, conflict resolution, SMART goal development and evaluation of department managers, mid-level managers, territory managers, office personnel and property managers to execute a unified strategic operation plan.-Managed fiscal stability of a highly structured $4.9 million-dollar budget built from over 500 cost centers covering program services, customer experience, fund development, properties and operations.-Managed multiple concurrent deadlines, multiple responsibilities, cost centers while keeping track of others with successful results.-Achieved increased diversity of gender, age, location, corporation type of the Board of Directors by recruitment, development and governance of 12 new C-suite members. Strategic Planning-Executed the process that resulted in a 3-year strategic operating plan for the years 2019-2021, which included key tactics and KPI's for fiscal stability, revenue generation, property development and growth.Program-Successfully directed the Board and program members through several national membership policy changes with great success by remaining focused on delivering the mission resulting in minimal disruption to operations.Fund Development -Restructured and prioritized a $29 million-dollar capital campaign. Directed the operations and administration of a 7-county service area in Northeast Ohio served by a 11-member professional team, while responding to the direction and support of a 41-member, volunteer Board of Directors, serving 6,872 youth members, 2,374 adult members and over 250 sponsoring organizations.-Developed and implemented an operations plan and process to establish and lead the direction of the organization and restructuring of the administrative team.-Managed fiscal stability of a highly structured $1.4 million-dollar budget built from over 300 cost centers covering program services, customer experience, fund development, properties and operations.-Successfully operated organization to eliminate existing debt of $248,000 in second year of service.-Grew special event revenue by 85% from $30,265 in 2011 to $55,994 in 2015.-Boosted a giving campaign increasing contributions by 84.5% from $46,484 in 2011 to $85,760 in 2015.-Grew gross Popcorn Sales by 27.7% from $655,188 in 2011 to $835,100 in 2015.-Established a Fall Recruitment Campaign that resulted in 10% more youth recruited in the fall of 2013.-Increased the depth and diversity of the Executive Board through the recruitment of new members from both the active Scouting and non-Scouting community.

Led 12 field executives, 7 full time support staff, 2 part time employees and 12 program managers, across a 27-county service area that included the metropolitan city of Des Moines, suburbs and rural farm communities in central and south-central Iowa, serving 11,061 youth members and 4,264 adult members.

- Managed student Career Awareness Programs.- Directed programs for the center city of Des Moines. -Managed Scouting programs a youth had to be arrested to be part of built into the Polk County Juvenile Court System.- Planned and implemented wide-ranging programs, encapsulated learnings and activities including community outreach programs.
