Implementation HiXA completely new Electronic Patient Record was implemented in June 2017. A large agile project with more than 70 work groups and more than 300 participants from the hospital. Jasper, together with his scrum team, was responsible for the test coordination of this process. He has drawn up the master test plan, drawn up several detailed test plans and assists testers in carrying out the tests. In addition, he has coordinated a number of functional and technical tests. Thanks to Jasper's contribution, the new EPD was successfully rolled out on 22 June 2019.New VOIP telephone exchangeAt the start of 2017, a project was underway to replace the very outdated telephone exchange with a modern VOIP exchange. Jasper was interim project leader in this process and managed the project team. Jasper has taken immediate steps to improve project structure and governance. Thanks to the efforts of Jasper, the project has come back on track and the new telephone exchange was successfully implemented in mid-2018. Jasper has realized in this project how important good governance and management of a project is.

After 2 years he grew to the position of information analyst at A&D Product Management and Sales. In this position he was responsible for drafting functional designs for quotation software from the Mortgages and Life departments and participated in the development and management team of the quotation module of mijnREAAL.nl. During this period, he played the role of scrum master within this team, where he gained concrete experience with the SCRUM method. As a result, he has experienced how well the SCRUM method can work to deliver products. As a scrum master, Jasper ensured that his team performed well, supervised the scrum process and ensured peace during the sprints.

Jasper joined SNS REAAL in 2006 as an application specialist, where he was responsible for managing quotation software for the mortgage department of REAAL Insurances. In this position he drew up Functional Design together with the business. He coordinated adjustments to the quotation software that were rolled out to intermediaries via structured releases.

DKTP Information Technology is a company that specializes in secondment and IT services to SMEs. A small group of IT managers manage the systems of around 40 companies. The commercial employees receive assignments and match them with potential candidates. The company wanted to be able to offer more services to customers. Jasper was responsible for researching and developing these new services. For example, he has developed a Quick Scan with which small companies could examine their IT infrastructure themselves. He has also done research on VOIP for SMEs. In addition, Jasper has studied Open Source software. Jasper has developed a feasibility study with which companies could determine whether it was possible to make the switch to open source software. One of the larger clients was the Regenboog foundation in Amsterdam, which offers shelter to drug addicts. This organization has assisted Jasper with the use of open source software.
