• Responsibility and job function: SSD firmware algorithm (FTL & SATA & ATA) development. Customer service, feature customization and debugging. Firmware development schedule management.• Project handling: 606/607: 55nm ARM-based SSD controller, 4/2 channels, SATA 6Gb/s 667: 55nm ARM-based SSD controller (with DRAM), 4 channels, SATA 6Gb/s 661/662: 0.13um ARM-based SSD controller (with DRAM), 8 channels & JMicron first SATA 6Gb/s product. 612/616/618: 0.13um 8051-based SSD controller (with DRAM), SATA 3Gb/s & USB interface product 601/602/605: 0.13um 8051-based SSD controller, SATA 3Gb/s & USB interface product.• Achievement: MP 601/602/605/612/616/618/661/662/667 and total sale over 4 million pieces. Design in Asus/Toshiba/Kingston/WD first-tier company. Create high performance FTL architecture and algorithm including page mapping FTL, block mapping FTL, hybrid mapping FTL, cache or non-cache.
