- Conducting signal processing and machine learning research in the context of acoustic livestock monitoring- Development of a custom hardware/software data acquisition platform- Customizing an embedded bootloader and Linux distribution (including driver development) for the acquisition platform- Setting up the production and supply chain in a start-up context
