I am an experienced Administrator and customer service representative who is now on the lookout for a new challenge and the next step in my career.I am currently a Share Plan Administrator with Computershare Investor Services PLC and I am interested in Senior Share Plan Administration roles with an end goal of Client Management or Account Management. I would like to obtain the ICSA certificate in Share Plans.I have excellent experience with various aspects of Financial Services and have handled a range of client and customer enquiries from general enquiries, account specific enquiries through to complaints handling and resolution. I have knowledge of various types of savings accounts (ISA's, Bonds, Instant Access savings and Capital Bonds) and lately, all employee share plan accounts such as ShareSave, Share Incentive Plans (SIP) and Global Employee Share Purchase Plans (GESPP). I also have experience with Deferred/Executive awards such as LTIP, GSOP and Time restricted awards. I have also handled client/director level enquiries and have partaken in client meetings, both face to face and conference. I have an advanced understanding Microsoft's Office Suite having used Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio. I also have experience with creating and using PDF formatted letters and documents. I can use Pivot Tables, Macros and Advanced Formulae (such as VLookup). I adapt well to in-house systems having used in-house developed programmes with Computershare, Britannia Building Society and Halfords. I am a keen, friendly and reliable person and I am quick to learn new things. I prefer to be shown how to do new tasks once or twice, then to get hands on to develop my experience. Once competency has grown, I can also look to improving processes and procedures to reduce operational risk as well as increasing efficiency and productivity.I am confident working with customers, stakeholders, director level enquiries, client relationships and client liaisons.My next role would ideally be remote working or hybrid working and I have easy commuting links to Bristol, London and Southampton from my location, either by car or by train.
