Intrepid Group was acquired by Ascential plc in June 2022. Intrepid, together with its 10 sister companies in Ascential Digital Commerce fully integrated and rebranded to Flywheel as of October 2023, creating a global digital commerce powerhouse. In April 2024, management acquired back majority shareholding in Intrepid to capitalize on opportunities in the SEA market as an independent company, and as Flywheel's exclusive partner in SEA.

Intrepid is a fast-growing and industry-leading ecommerce enabler, making sellers and brand successful in Ecommerce on all marketplace platforms across South East Asia through a combination of software solutions and value-added services across store management, online marketing, chat mgmt, data & intelligence, and fulfilment & logistics. As CCO, my role is to manage brands business development across the region, develop long term strategy and propositions, manage commercial (financial & non-financial KPIs) performance and to standardize and optimize processes and systems.

Responsible for all Philips B2C Ecommerce channels in APAC (go to market strategy, direct to consumer shops, CRM, partnerships with distributors / enablers and Ecommerce platforms / marketplaces) and capability building across key account management, analytics, UX / CDJ / content & digital marketing. P&L responsible role. Successfully established Philips as a leading brand in Ecommerce across SEA.
