-Analyse monthly performance and provide interpretive financial information and action items to support decision making.-End-to-end responsibility of P&L and Working Capital for Appliances division, Ecommerce & Retail Channel.-Identifying risks and variance compared to budget/Forecast and initiating timely action to mitigate risk and bridge the gap.-Responsible for long-term plan, budget & forecast based on insights and information to make realistic budgets based on market trends, state wise performance, market share, product mix, cost saving opportunities, and the impact of external elements.-Analysing category, channel (trade, e-commerce, etc.), SKU wise sales and profitability, Improving Debtor, Inventory, Payable & Working capital days, discussion with stakeholders to ensure profitability & Working capital targets are met.-Work with stakeholders in finalising pricing decisions, schemes and it’s impact on P&L, along with BU head.-Identifying drivers of variance and interpreting results, as well as assessing & communicating the actionable steps to address variance to improve processes and thereby profitability.Analysing specific areas for process improvement to simplify ways of working and strengthen internal controls.-Making Business cases for Capex and business models as per the inputs from the operation and R&D teams and getting it approved from the management.-Validating savings and approving it.- Enabling BI Tool.

-Managing Stakeholders of different BUs & effective business partnering to drive sustainable business growth.-Consolidating BU wise Annual Budget for Revenue, Proposed expenses, Profitability statement, Working capital, Capex investment/expenditure, Cashflow and Performance/Ratio measures for all the divisions along with plant.-Analysing Actual vs Budget and Forecast KPIs like Revenue, Expenses, WC, Profitability, Performance/Ratio analysis, Contribution and Sales mix analysis, and prepare the performance summary for the month.-Making Quarterly and Annually, Result and Performance comparison analysis with Peer companies for leadership and Board members and other reports as per Management’s requirement and preparing data for investor deck.-Analysing different cost drivers and allocating shared expenses in appropriate ratio among all divisions.-----Financial Reporting and Controls-Ensuring proper month end books closing by taking Provisions, Proper Expense & Revenue accounting, Expense allocation, Scrutinising GLs and applying accounting principles for preparation of Financial statement as per GAAP.-Build compliant environment through driving systems, policies & processes; Handling IFC compliance and Statutory auditors queries.-----Digitisation and Finance transformation-Implementation of COPA, CLM and RAR.
