As the Group General Counsel at Design Worldwide Partnership since June 2018, I have spearheaded the legal and regulatory compliance portfolio across 11 countries, including Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia. During my tenure as Senior Legal Counsel at Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited in Thailand from October 2017 to May 2018, I achieved significant milestones in legal and corporate affairs. Notably, I played a pivotal role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal terms for Hotel Management Agreements, Franchisee Agreements, and Construction contracts with prestigious clients like Accor, Ascott, Hyatt, and Hard Rock. Additionally, I contributed to the successful deal closure for the sale of a property in Thailand and provided counsel on negotiations related to MOU and new venture agreements, including the drafting and review of SPAs. Managing the Corporate Secretarial portfolio for 47 subsidiaries, I ensured compliance with laws and SET/SEC regulations and actively participated in the company's IPO on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Collaborating with the finance and accounting team, I oversaw the management of company-related insurances and drafted and implemented the Group's legal and compliance policies, conducting staff training to ensure awareness and adherence to the latest policies.

In my role as Head of Legal and Compliance/Chief Compliance Officer at Vimplecom Co., Ltd in Lao PDR from July 2011 to August 2016, I played a pivotal role in several significant achievements. I assisted in drafting and finalizing the company's Master License and successfully negotiated amendments to the Master Agreement with the Government of Lao PDR, resulting in a favorable outcome. Furthermore, I collaborated with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Government of Lao PDR to represent in-house counsels in amending labor laws in the country. Leading M&A efforts, I conducted due diligence for the sale of Vimpelcom's operations in Lao PDR and provided extensive legal support in matters related to M&A, IP, data privacy, and employment. My responsibilities also included drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors, distributors, and customers, resolving disputes, minimizing risk exposure through strategic advice, negotiating settlements, enforcing organizational rules, and facilitating compliance with applicable laws and regulations through internal and external audits.
