We met with CSOK VP and other SR Leadership Quarterly to review key areas of the business and also sent daily reporting to all parties.Some of the job duties were: Developed trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, sales teams and executive leadership within each Agent Group Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress by sending daily/monthly/quarterly reporting to key stakeholders within each Agent Group Develop new trainings with Agent DMs and help monitor the results. In my time I was able to develop a New Hire training, I was able to monitor results and ensure Verizon and Agent expectations are met all while ensuring top notch customer experience is being delivered.
