I founded Beirut Living in 2012. Since then, I have had the chance to work with a team of professionals who share the belief that dedicated professionals can combine a creative life with their real estate careers. Like many Beiruties, BEIRUT Living’s team are engineers, architects, activists, producers, photographers, musicians, writers and so much more. It’s this creativity that we believe better serves our clientele.The business strategy for major firms is that of transactional volume, while at Beirut Living our strategy is different. We strive desperately to maintain a hands-on approach, and to create a successful but personal atmosphere. Our goal is not ever-increasing sales, but a consistent 100% rate of customer satisfaction. Most of our clients come to us through referrals from our past clients.

I co-founded J.A.K Production S.A.L in 2009 as an event management company that has developed and produced more than 50 events known as the P.C Parties, known as themed dance events hosting 1,000 guests. At J.A.K Production, I designed and managed all events including establishing and managing relationships with our suppliers & sponsors. I've been responsible for procurement of catering, audio-visual, security & rental needs. I recruited, supervised & coordinated the activities of personnel, sub-contractors and vendors. I supervised the P.C Parties artists’ recruitment including contract negotiations (international and national DJs, professional performers, singers & dancers, etc.), and participated with my team in the conceptualization and design of these themed dance parties. This included the preparation of promotion material, assisting with the design & scripting of the print material for banners, brochures, booth materials, creative designs and interactive contentWith my netwroking skills and through the use of social media I maintain a database of industry specific sponsors for events and promotion.I assisted in developing and maintaining P.C. parties website.
