I was also able to reduce our lost inventory from $21,000 to $4,000 during this same time frame.● Currently heading a team to develop our own conversion scripts, thus generating a savings of $250 million dollars

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:● Project Lead for eTool deployment project. These 28 cabinets are deployed to mission critical areas, removing the need for paper Technical Order’s for aircraft.● Lead engineer for Data Center Virtualization project. I lead a team designing the placement and movement of NCC equipment into the virtual environment. This green initiative will save the government on power consumption and remove end of life items.● Lead engineer for Coop site. Located vacant unused building and submitted plans for creating a Coop site for our Network Control Center. Working with DLA to get a second outside connection established and run to the new site.TRAINING & SUPPORT:● Developed a detailed training plan for all engineers on the eTool project deployment. ● Conducted IOS upgrades on Cisco 3000 and 6500 series switches and routers. ● Created technical solutions for new infrastructure, and coordinated with facility managers on downtime and price quotes.● Manage over $1M worth of inventoried equipment.
