- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and maintenance of the Studios, as well as acting as EA to the directors- Supporting the architectural team across all studios in preparing bid submissions, managing company policies and procedures, and assuring that the well-being of 5th Studio members is valued and cared for- Co-ordinating exhibitions and events and managing the in-house reviews and other practice-wide workshops- Responding to studio and project enquiries by phone, email and in person

As a creative assistant I provided artistic and ad-hoc administrative support for my clients. Tasks would include carrying out optimal research, which allowed me to recommend new ideas for strengthening brand identity, and create plans for strategic publicising. Designing promotional materials such as flyers and brochures for events and exhibitions. Preparing and publishing content on different social media platforms which included written marketing and communication material.

As a manager I was responsible for the day-to-day running and maintenance of the studio. Throughout this position, I consistently provided an excellent informed customer service in delivering structured and well prepared workshops for children and adults to suit their needs. This ultimately resulted in optimal customer satisfaction and the retention of existing customers.
