During my time at the bank I’ve gained a much greater understanding of the procedures and regulations of the industry. Through my time I’ve done many things such as data entry, report / proof production and review, electronic and phone customer service and troubleshooting and document preparation while dealing with sensitive internal and customer information. Over 3 departments, a few things have remained consistent, namely being a fast paced and detail oriented environment.

I was under contract by Dell Computers to handle inbound phone based and email based customer service issues. I was tasked with calmly and professionally talking with our customers, diagnosing the issue and regardless of the outcome, help our customers understand what was, and was not, within our power and responsibility to address. When the time would come that Dell was at fault for an issue, I was trusted with top level permissions and clearance with which to do what I could to aid our customers with their issues. On a day to day basis i handled customer’s sensitive personal and financial information and on multiple occasions during my tenure I was commended and rewarded for my attitude and commitment to our customers.
