* Elicit & Translate Business requirements to User Stories * Conduct Gap Analysis/ Scope Analysis/Impact Analysis on Business Process * Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE Analysis and suggest Fit for Business Solutions * Organize Requirement Review meetings* Deliver Requirement Traceability Matrix/BRD/FRD/Use Case/Epics/User Stories * Verification/Validation of requirements to ensure they deliver business value * Manage Sprint Cycles/Stand ups/Storyboards/Retrospectives * Assist Product Owner with right-sizing product backlog by distinguishing the user ‘wants’ from ‘must haves’ * Work closely with Sprint Team & monitor deadlines

-* Experience in Integration/ System/Regression/Risk Based/UAT/Stability Testing * Experience in Manual Testing, API Testing, and DB Testing * Good understanding of SDLC/STLC * Test Project Management/Test Planning & Control/ Test Analysis & Design/Test Implementation & Execution* Defining & Evaluating Exit Criteria/Test Status Reporting/Defect Management * Implement improvements to the QA process & maintain Product Quality throughout the testing cycle
