Jaume brings two decades of experience in counseling, having commenced his career as a corporate lawyer in various private law firms, primarily focusing on M&A, contract law, entrepreneurship, crowdfunding, regulatory and finance. He later transitioned to the public sector, where he worked at the University level as Horizon Europe advisor and portfolio manager for spin-offs. In 2019, Jaume contributed to set up the EIT Urban Mobility’s paneropean legal structure in a start-up environment, building the legal department from scratch and adding competences in IP, Privacy and HR fields. This diverse background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the interests of both public and private sectors, as well as the potential areas for collaboration, where he identifies significant opportunities to foster societal impact.Currently, Jaume leads the Legal and Governance area for the EIT KIC Urban Mobility group. He serves as Secretary (non-member) of the Supervisory Board and Secretary (non-patron) of the Board of Trustees of the EIT Urban Mobility Foundation. Additionally, he acts as Compliance Officer.In his personal time, Jaume enjoys reading books, riding his mountain bike and dreams to live in a net zero city.
