Protocol & Government Relations Analyst

• Execute the whole process of procurement of goods and services including the preparation of contract documents;• Foster good relationship with suppliers, ensure timely payments, and forward complaints from user to suppliers if necessary;• Conduct service satisfaction surveys to all employees and work units to improve the quality, accuracy and speed of products and services provided;• Prepare periodic reports for budget meeting, financial report on assets and office expenses.

• Define the target market and sell products and services that will best match the target market’s interests and needs ;• Submit a detailed report of sales result and create plans and strategies for future promotion and sales.

• Book customer trips by telephone, provide information about products & services and conduct ticket purchase transaction.
