 Support department to ensure existing inventory and associated expensed are within the budgeted target. Working closely with the team, stake holders and the reporting director to ensure that the day to day operation is running smoothly and is on the road to company’s plan. Analyzing the Supply Chain operations and identify the areas of opportunities that will improve the KPIs such as OTIF, Demand vs Supply availability, Inventory Coverage and Cash flow. Responsible for demand forecasting, stock replenishment, stock management and order management. Responsible for RM and PM forecast, Order placement and order management. Preparing MPS and Weekly production planning considering the various production constraints. Conducting the cycle of S&OP meetings. Coordinating with Sales and Marketing department for new product launch. Managing the Sole distributor of President Brand in KSA. Managing the logistics and distribution from factory as well as from our DC. Monitoring the ageing inventory and fast liquidation / rotation of ageing stocks. Analyzing upcoming risk such as sales or production loss arising from shipment delay, stock damage in transit, quality issue etc and make a contingency plan to avoid losses to maximum extent. Other Responsibilities: Analyze for over-all cost reduction in the various level of Supply Chain. Infrastructure development planning – Fleet requirement, Warehouse space requirement etc. Training and coaching of SCM team as and when required. Create SOP for day to day operation if needed such as Goods receiving process, Delivery process, Customer return process, Order management process etc.

 Forecasting of Finished goods. Generating Master Production Schedule on monthly basis for plant production. Responsible for S&OP – Meeting (Pre-demand review, Demand review, Supply Review & Management review. Coordinating with Sales and Marketing department for new product launch. Generating Demand planning reports such as SFA, Inventory coverage, Demand vs Supply availability, OTIF to share with the Management and take corrective action if needed. Analyzing the Sales deviation from Forecast and taking corrective actions. Monitoring the ageing inventory and fast liquidation / rotation of ageing stocks. Stock replenishment planning for our DC sales.

 Responsible for Forecasting of Finished goods and material on monthly basis. Identifying potential rotator flavors, preparing requirement and pre-ordering of it. Generating monthly report and conducting S&OP meeting. Inventory analysis and stock control. Monitor the ageing Inventory and fast liquidation/ rotation of ageing stocks. Handling credit claims in case of discrepancy in consignment received from Dunkin Brands Inc. Analyzing forecast vs consumption and taking corrective action to fill the identified gap. Analyzing the grey areas in planning and filling the patches to make it more effective. Handling custom clearance agent and supporting them with documents for smooth clearance. Coordinating with the Sales and Marketing department for upcoming plans and promotions. Analysis for over-all cost reduction and identifying the area of improvements.  Demand planning & forecasting on monthly basis by assisting Sr. Manager – Logistics. Raw Material Planning and placing requirement to purchase department. Placing demand requirement to Production In charge to meet demand with supply. Warehouse space planning and space optimization. Distribution planning and dispatch of goods to various locations. Monitor the Inventory ageing and fast liquidation/ rotation of ageing stocks. Stock Management & Stock Reconciliation from actual with SAP. Managing CNF operation and reviewing monthly claims of North & West India. Negotiation with transporters for yearly contract. Booking and dispatch of goods through Railway wagon. Load planning and placing requirement for vehicles according to dispatch plan. Generating Invoice through SAP software.

 Negotiation with Transporters and Vehicle arrangement for all India delivery. Distribution of FMCG products through various channels. Stock management and movement of finished goods on FIFO basis. Route Planning & Scheduling. Load planning and placing requirement for vehicles according to dispatch plan. Co-ordination with Sales, Inventory and Production department.
