 Handling Gulf & upper gulf , Focal point for East Africa sector Responsibilities include finding potential clients from market, dealing with respected sectors for FCL Export Rate quotation, vessel/service info and dealing with all the aspects of pre sales, sales and after sales activities. Coordinating with Customer Service / Documentation for DO / BL no / Invoice Keeping record of inventory and vessel details. Effective customer Relationship Management through satisfactory customer service, timely resolution of customer queries and considering consumer preference to drive business volumes.

 Responsibilities include finding potential clients from market, dealing with respected sectors for FCL Export Rate quotation, vessel/service info and dealing with all the aspects of pre sales, sales and after sales activities. Co-ordinating with Customer Service / Documentation for DO / BL no / Invoice Keeping record of inventory and vessel details. Effective customer Relationship Management through satisfactory customer service, timely resolution of customer queries and considering consumer preference to drive business volumes. Providing solutions to customer in critical situations related to the shipment.
