Review of vendor equipment base design, detaildesign as per NG Standards.• Review of AC/DC auxiliary power, earthing, cableraceway and grounding design as per NG Standards.• Review and compliance of protection & controlschematics against OPDS design standards.• Coordination with NG for FAT activities atinternational locations.• Follow-up of project schedule for various projectstages ensuring timely completion of work.• Progress management through various trackingtemplates covering entire project activities.• Preparation of monthly progress invoices for project progress.• Implementing project execution as per Project Quality Plan.• Preparation and submission of Method Statements, Risk Assessments for new workpermits.• Submission of ITPs to client for approval before FAT activities.• Follow-up for project progress using SPI & CPI method.• Installation assistance for delivered equipment.• Requesting RMI for the delivered equipment and material at site.• Requesting RFI upon completion of equipment installation work.• Providing full assistance to testing and commissioning team.• Close-out of project ensuring completion of all punch list items.• Delivery and submission of spare parts and special tools
