Initial training and marketing strategies were learned in Askari Travel & Tours, A project of Army Welfare Trust dealing armed forces and major corporate clients.An opportunity was avail by joining Airblue in September 2013, a national level career of Pakistan as Call Center Counselor. Airline trends, policies, clients needs and approach was learned by dealing in customer services. Call taking, reservations, inventory, outbound calls and customer dealing on counter was the main tasks as a Travel Counselor.In December 2014 till present, management gave the opportunity to learn more by promoting as Client Relations Executive. Travel Agents, Business partners and Corporate Client handling was the main task and responsibilities of the job. Business growth, marketing, revenue enhancement and client satisfaction were the main role of the position.After performing in Qatar Airways as Commercial Sales Executive, I have decided to start my own business in travel industry. The lots of efforts had came to at end as an employee and established my own company Lexus Holidays Private Limited.And journey begins to start new projects for Pakistan tourism as Pakistan Gate and E-Commerce and retails businesses.
