▶ Currently involved in the Production coordination of the Sanz Clima Group factories in the USA, Poland, Germany, Brazil and Spain.Member of Observatorio de la Industria 4.0, MIT Alumni Advisors Hub and ex Associate professor of Comillas Pontifical University (ICAI).🎓 As part of my Continuous Learning process, I have complemented my education in Msc in Industrial Engineering with trainings about Supply Chain, Internal Quality Audits, IoT, Data Science, Sales Consultancy and Growth Hacking. I also achieved the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification at EOI to learn techniques and methodologies about Process Optimization for a Continuous Improvement based on results.⏪ My first professional challenge was the coordination of a production process relocation from Germany to Poland. Thanks to the support of colleagues from both subsidiaries, a complete supply chain restructuration, new production processes and Quality standards were successfully implemented. My involvement in the Processes and Quality standards led me to my next challenge, the Group Quality Management. During this period, I was immersed at full scope in the fulfillment of ISO 9k, 14k and VDA Standards among Sanz Clima Group subsidiaries and became lead internal auditor and auditee. ⏩ My interdisciplinary career has let me know where ideas and processes interact in the industrial business – and more significantly, where they “should” interact. Interdisciplinary thinking becomes especially critical as uncertainty increases with the range and scope of the decisions to make. That is why I am always eager to get involved in any opportunity that let me learn new areas from the Industrial field and specially if it involves high level of teamwork. Overcoming new challenges and embrace change as part of being out of the comfort zone, are two powerful ways for me to learn new social and technical skills.
