CurrentQualified to work all three (3) trains at Cheniere LNG. Perform full range of train/unit start-up coordination, oversight, and activities. Pre-commission, start-up, functionally test, troubleshoot, operate, and commission compressor-turbine trains and LNG equipment, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and Human Machine Interface (HMI) panels.Promoted to Operator after self-study and OJT. Achieved LNG Front End, Compressor-Turbine, and Liquefaction qualifications; completed coursework and qualification exams. Gained additional in-depth technical knowledge of natural gas treatment and liquefaction facilities design and operation. Started up/Commissioned two (2) compressor-turbine trains (fast-start GE Mark VI Dry-Low Emissions). Represented Cheniere Energy as sole representative on commissioning and start-up team; provided plant-level project scope and expectations for the gas turbine, compressor, and associated component systems. • Manage all phases of LNG Operations. Oversee liquefaction systems for converting feed gas to LNG.• Operate Dryer systems for moisture removal from feed gas.• Manage acid gas removal (A.G.R.) system for CO2 and H2S removal in Feed Gas cleanup.• Specialize in process troubleshooting and fixing operational flaws and deviations.• Lead operational team in environmental and safety compliance per related governmental regulations, procedures, technical and safety codes, and operating standards. • Directed LNG storage, loading, and recovery processes. Made key operational decisions to ensure start-up and commissioning work per schedule and budget for the LNG/ConocoPhillips Optimized Cascade Process.• Developed procedures and trained two (2) new unit operators prior to unit transfer, post-commission.
