•Analyze U.S Hispanic behavior, acculturation levels, trends from a predictable software to design a customized engagement strategy culturally relevant for unaccultured Hispanics that positively impacts participation behavior around the 401k plan. As a result the participation, rate increased from 35% to 52% representing $237M Assets Under Managements (AUM) during three years. •Successfully manage the program adoption /activation efforts by developing best practices for PFG service teams on how to position the HMP as a competitive differentiator to retain business. As a result, year to date adoption is 50% in comparison to 2015 and 2014 (29% and 38%, respectively). Assisted in the enhanced pricing strategy and implementation. •Identify strategic point of sales to introduce the Hispanic Market program as a differentiator capability during RFP’s for PFG sales force to bring new businesses. As a result, clients on boarded brought 25.5M in AUM and 1300K of cash flow. •Develop and manage the deployment strategy of 10 trained bicultural education specialist representatives to high network clients’ locations that purchased the program with high Hispanic workforce. Conducted a total of 114 Spanish and English education meetings. •Assisted and facilitated in the design of three day training to transition enroller from bilingual to bicultural that was culturally connected with US Hispanic workforce and helped them improve performance around saving for retirement. •Design and manage the development of the culturally relevant education material delivered to PFG’s clients in high Hispanic workforce locations. As part of this initiative, managed the training of 10 education specialist to ensure their delivery of quality education that will improve performance of savings in 401Ks for this population.
