- Responsible for managing training activities, policies and processes at the center level and New Hire Orientation.
- Provide routine training updates to center leadership including but not limited to Learning Management System status updates, training progress, training continuous improvement efforts, etc.
- Maintain the Learning Management System to ensure data integrity, report generation and data analysis to comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Attend and participate in training conference calls to ensure understanding and clarity of corporate initiatives to deliver, and the appropriate documentation is completed.
- Train, direct, and coordinate Designated Trainers to ensure understanding and clarity of training initiatives, and utilizing appropriate documents.
- Interact and utilize the Technical Learning and Development (TL&D) team as a resource for training materials, processes or guidance. Participate in TL&D or external training coordinator programs/materials to maintain.
