Promoted to manage all global customer implementation processes. Manage implementation metrics (Project Assignment, Time of initiation and Time of Completion) following Project life Cycle. Provide technical support and work as a GIS instructor for several customers including the New Mexico DOT in how to use and create a geodatabase for their organization including how to use survey data in their GIS application. Serve as an instructor for surveyors in how to use survey grade GPS, total stations and robots including collecting static data and how to post process the data to create control points for their surveys.

My principal task as a Sr. GIS Technician was to supervise staff members that developed and maintained the geographic information systems (GIS) databases, coverage, and linkages to various databases; to coordinate GIS application development. Distributes assignments and reviews the completed work of staff. Performs spatial analysis and develops new, user friendly GIS applications. Train others on the use of new applications and develops and maintains links between various databases; Serves as a member or leader of intra- and inter-departmental application development teams. Maintains and updates databases using GIS computer aided drafting and other software. Conducts mapping research, in the field and in the office, to resolve conflicting information and ensure the accuracy of the data and creates maps using ESRI software.
