I had the privilege of interning at Functional Training Institute and working under the Operation department. Where my positive relationships with the talented staff, coaches, supervisors, and bosses were truly enriching. This allows a positive and healthy working environment. Through my dedicated performance, I not only contributed to the daily operations but also witnessed a visible improvement in my internship grades. Managing operations and delivering excellent customer service was a challenge at first, but it became second nature, fostering a dynamic and engaging working environment for colleagues and clients. Collaborating with my colleagues to promote the company's social media platforms, particularly on Instagram, was a rewarding experience, helping to showcase our collective passion for the fitness and wellness industry in Singapore.
