We really thought the entire world wanting to form a company in the US had to form it at the Florida Division of Corporations. This is what we offered for about a year, and then Americans started calling, asking us to form a company in Alabama. Then Georgia. Then you name it every state. At first we thought regardless of where you lived or wanted to work, you just formed a company in Tallahassee Florida at our government office, but we soon realized there were these tiny little government agencies in every state where you created companies. So much data, so much to keep track of, this would never work unless we had a great system.Today, I am always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
