Review and assess the performance of the asset managers and plants under their control, ensuring that issues are addressed by appropriate parties in time, and commercial/financial impacts are communicated and reduced. Doing site visits and counterpart meetings across the projects to ensure that the workload is managed and tasks for all parties are assigned and completed on time.Analysing, identifying and addressing issues before they impact on the returns and saleability of the projects.Closing out open issues and ensuring issues are documented and uploaded fully.• Management of technical performance, issues and outages, construction oversight and optimisation planning (e.g.: revamping and repowering)• Work output coordination from and to internal and external providers (asset managers, developers, legal counsel, technical advisors, contractors, insurance advisors)• Internal reporting on asset issues, performance, and impact on the SPV & fund.• External reporting to investors, lenders, insurance, and regulatory bodies.• Technical support the investment team on acquisition, financing, re-finance, and divestment of assets.• Review of TCMA reports and preparation of monthly & quarterly asset management reports• Construction or Operational management• Contract management (EPC, O&M, TCMA) including application of contract clauses, development of contract clauses and review of contracts.• Budgeting development and application• Project finance transaction and application in the loan period.• Workload dynamic prioritization, based on various drivers (health & safety, revenue expectations, plant integrity, value protection)Clean Energy Acumen, ESG Scoring, Financial Analysis, General Risk Management, Infrastructure Investments, Investment Accounting, Investment Reporting Oversight, Investment Research/Analysis, Market/Industry Dynamics, Portfolio Management, Priorities, Project Management, Relationship Management, Stakeholder Engagement
