Some of the key projects I have led in the past few years include:- Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, LA. Financial planning and strategy for this 300K -square-foot new facility.- MiSK Foundation, KSA. Concept, operations and financial planning for a new heritage initiative within Diriyah Gate, Riyadh.- Victoria & Albert Museum, London. "Critical Friend" advisory for the new V&A East cultural cluster.- Ayala Museum & Contempo, Makati, The Philippines. Strategic visioning and ongoing support 2018-2022.

Some of the projects I worked on include:- Etihad Museum, Dubai, UAE (http://etihadmuseum.dubaiculture.ae):Worked with RTA and Dubai Culture and Arts Authority to plan the museum and exhibits, source content from different government agencies and stakeholders across the UAE, and develop business and operational strategies prior to opening in 2017.- European Capital of Culture 2019 Application for Bergamo, Italy (http://www.bergamo2019.eu/):In collaboration with Olivares and the City government, we developed a long term vision for the ECOC project based on consultations with local artists and cultural agents, an arts program from 2013-2022, an organizational and financial model for implementation of initiatives, and a long term cultural strategy for the city.

Some of the projects I worked on include:- Chicago Cultural Plan 2012:I was part of the team that crafted the blueprint to establish Chicago as a leading global center for creativity, innovation, and artistic excellence. Our work involved extensive data analysis, community consultations with +4,700 participants, and strategic recommendations leading to +200 initiatives. - Ithra - King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (https://www.ithra.com/en): I spent most of 2010 working onsite in Saudi Arabia on the Ithra project, a CSR initiative of Saudi Aramco. I was involved in onsite project management, strategic and business planning, and operational and program development for the first five years of operations.

Among other projects, I participated in the Strategic Plan 2009–12 for the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. This involved consultations with leading thinkers to define the strategic and market positioning of the Guggenheim Museum for the following four years, as well as a detailed audit of the cultural and tourism offer in the Basque province of Bizkaia.
