Mexicans in Belgium is a non-profit organization managed entirely by volunteers, their mission is to help in the integration of Mexican new-comers into the Belgian society by providing information and counselling. They also promote the Mexican culture, language, and traditions by organizing events that gather the whole community. Within the organization Michelle was in charge of the communication strategy, social media, advertising, and corporate branding.

In charge of the design and production of all collateral material for the company's worldwide marketing activities and briefing and reviewing the materials made externally to ensure they followed the corporate identity guidelines.Other responsibilities included: coordination of trade-shows and other events, from the booking of the floor space, to creating the booth artwork. design and coordination of Email Marketing activities to both leads and customers; design of online and offline advertising worldwide; creation of the software artwork for the whole product range (icons, splash-screens, documentation, etc.); and design of interactive brochures for digital publishing.
