Durante los últimos cuatro años he ejercido la defensa letrada como Abogado Colegiado enel ICAM de los clientes de mi despacho en las jurisdicciones civil, laboral contencioso-administrativo y penal.He asistido a un total aproximado de unos 250 juicios en este tiempo, por lo que conozco deprimera mano los Juzgados de prácticamente toda España, en cualquiera de sus jurisdicciones.Los procedimientos que he tenido a mi cargo han sido abiertos por mí desde un inicio, llevando acabo la tramitación de los mismos, contactando con los distintos clientes y personas relacionadascon ellos.Me he especializado en la Jurisdicción Civil, en temas de seguros, siendo la Responsabilidad Civil en general, el ámbito en el que más he trabajado. En esta jurisdicción he planteado a mis clientes las mejores opciones de defensa, consultas con peritos, aportación de pruebas relevantes, elaboración de los oportunos escritos de inicio del procedimiento (demanda, contestación), asistencias a Audiencias Previas, Juicio Ordinarios y verbales y por último elaboración de Recursos de Apelación e incluso de Casación de ser necesarios.Si bien los procedimientos civiles han sido mi especialidad, al verse involucrada la ResponsabilidadCivil en otros ordenamientos como la social, contencioso-administrativo y penal, también heacudido a defender a mis clientes en los Juzgados de dichos órdenes.
