Developing a career in Prague (Czech Republic) since 2015 related to IT technologies, digital marketing, and customer success.How did I develop a strong interest in Digital Marketing and IT technologies?: Thanks to Project Generation Spain 2014. In December 2014 I graduated in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics. The project was an initiative of McKinsey Social Initiative in collaboration with the Higher Institute of Development on Internet (ISDI), People Dynamis, Talent&Coach, ESADE. It opened all my doors to an exciting and very competitive sector.I have acquired and keep acquiring wide expertise and knowledge of digital marketing research tools, and team management thanks to taking part in Customer Success and Customer Support departments in Semrush. Proactive communication and constant support to Spanish-speaking countries (LATAM) and EMEA region clients have been essential parts of my role in the last years. I have been also conducting streaming webinars in Spanish, where I introduce the most highlighted uses of the platform's tools focused on Spanish-speaking users.I took part in important events in the SaaS sector with the Semrush Team, such as SaaStock 2019 in Dublin (Ireland), supporting the Semrush participation and making known its potential for companies in the digital sector. I have also attended Pulse Europe 2019 organized by Gainsight in London (UK). Pulse Europe is one of the biggest Customer Success events in Europe.My current experience has opened a range of new career paths. It has aroused my interest in Web Analytics, SEO and SEM strategies, and learning about the essential coding languages for Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).I take into consideration three fundamental elements in my professional experience: Lifelong learning, be passionate about what you do, and adaptative to the market trends.
