Payment Operation Lead
Current•Ensuring the correct payment process for over 30,000 physical stores and more than 30 big digital clients, with payments totaling over 200 million USD.•Maintaining relationships with international suppliers (Argentina, China, and India), where technological needs and developments for the company are identified, while also monitoring contracts with the suppliers.•Increased payment process efficiency by reducing the payment time to merchants by 2 hours earlier than the industry standards, resulting in increased satisfaction among the merchants affiliated with Compraqui•Implementation of innovative payment projects, such as same-day payment, enabling 50% of the customer base to receive funds from their sales on the same day of the transaction.•Full automation of the payment process, eliminating fraud and/or manipulation by third parties in a core business process.•Lead a team of 4 analysts responsible for reconciling and analyzing payments to clients through transactions stored in AWS and those reported by VISA/MASTERCARD according to our transactional switch.•Responsible for payments to clients such as the National Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service of Chile, ensuring the special needs that these types of clients require.
