Payment Operation Lead
Current- Ensuring the correct payment process for over 30,000 physical stores and more than 30 big digital clients, with payments totaling over 200 million USD.
- Maintaining relationships with international suppliers (Argentina, China, and India), where technological needs and developments for the company are identified, while also monitoring contracts with the suppliers.
- Increased payment process efficiency by reducing the payment time to merchants by 2 hours earlier than the industry standards, resulting in increased satisfaction among the merchants affiliated with Compraqui
- Implementation of innovative payment projects, such as same-day payment, enabling 50% of the customer base to receive funds from their sales on the same day of the transaction.
- Full automation of the payment process, eliminating fraud and/or manipulation by third parties in a core business process.
- Lead a team of 4 analysts responsible for reconciling and analyzing payments to clients through transactions stored in AWS and those reported by VISA/MASTERCARD according to our transactional switch.
