Provide project management coaching or advice as required to build capability in this area across wider teams.• Monitor activity and progression of the agreed projects within the programme, working with project managers directly as required to ensure delivery windows are achieved, risks are well managed and reporting to governance groups is at the appropriate level and focus.• Manage the assigned programmes/projects budget, report on progress and manage any variances.• Contribute to the annual ITS business planning process as required.
