With more than twenty years of experience in the education and nonprofit sectors, I am a passionate and strategic leader who helps organizations achieve their most impactful goals. I am currently the Director of Service Partnerships building out fiduciary services offerings with the United Way for Southeastern Michigan. I previously founded Jax Gardner Consulting, LLC in 2021 to offer writing, editing, facilitation, and organizational strategy services to a national portfolio of clients who share my vision of creating a more equitable world.As the former Associate Executive Director of the Arcus Center for Social Justice Leadership, I led and supported multiple initiatives that advanced the center's mission of developing and sustaining leaders, networks, and movements for social change. I also have a background in teaching, training, and coaching, as well as an M.A. in English from Western Michigan University. I leverage my diverse and extensive expertise to deliver high-quality and impactful solutions for my clients.
